You’ve been posted to Canada... Get ready for that one-way ticket from London to Montreal. You’ll be changing language and continent, but at least the architecture will remain constant in this house that bears a striking resemblance to the style seen in London. Rooms bathed in light thanks to the bow window and skylights, 5 bedrooms spread over several floor, a small inner courtyard with a terrace accessed via the kitchen... Even the windows open outwards (just like in England)! The games room in the basement, with a bedroom for an au pair... it all reminds you of your London home. The familiarity of the red brick façades will be reassuring while you adjust to this new country. God save Montreal!
