New at Le Fouquet’s! A gentle revolution has taken hold of this hotel, whose balconies look over the renowned Champs-Elysées in Paris. The first thing to strike those entering this hallowed place is the calming beauty of the velvets and fabrics. The lighting leads guests towards the Concierge’s Office, with an obligatory stop at Bar Marta and its light velvet upholstery and lively Café Society atmosphere. The first floor invites visitors into the restaurant, Le Joy, which offers access to one of most unexpected terraces in the French capital. The wide, red awnings of the Fouquet’s Brasserie can be seen just a few metres below. These iconic canopies continue to decorate – both inside and out – the most Parisian of restaurants headed up by the internationally renowned, Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire.
According to interior designer Jacques Garcia, the hotel’s renovation is based on three pillars: “warmth, comfort and elegance.” Following on from the acquisition of another floor, 19 new rooms offering spectacular views over the Champs-Elysées will be unveiled to offer guests the full majesty of Paris in late 2018. A steadfast rejuvenation, in unhurried, elegant style. Some 101 rooms and suites are already waiting to be discovered at Le Fouquet’s, and this number will rise to 120 by the end of next year. Windows into the soul of Paris.
