As part of its first foray into this strategic field for the future of all brands, Jaguar made a storm in late 2018 with the I-PACE, described as the \u201cworld\u2019s first premium all-electric performance SUV\u201d. Since its inception, the I-PACE has won over 80\u00a0awards, including 2019 World Car of the Year, World Car Design of the Year and World Green Car. The I-PACE can even filter cabin air while on charge before a journey!<\/p>\n<p>The Jaguar also now comes with a 11kW (AC) domestic wall box (increasingly common)\u00a0 that can add 53km\/33miles of range for each hour of charge for customers with three-phase supplies. Charging the car\u2019s batteries from completely empty to full can therefore be done in just 8\u00a0hours and 40\u00a0minutes. With a standard charger (generally 7kW), a full charge takes 12\u00a0hours and 45\u00a0minutes. As for charging on the go, a motorway charge point will charge the I-PACE in less than an hour!
