These have been specifically designed by S\u00e9bastien Saillard, the coach at the H\u00f4tel des Bergues. The training sessions are set against the stunning backdrop of the Geneva landscape, and include treks in the surrounding mountains and running sessions along the shores of Lake Geneva. Swimming, aqua biking, aqua tonic and aqua boxing all help revitalise muscles without placing too much strain on joints.
