The decor is modern and luxe<\/a>, based on a silvery transparent palette\u00a0that honors the house material (glass, you\u2019re following, right?). The lighting is superb, as if each guest was a model arriving on set for a photoshoot (we hope you\u2019re ready for your close up); and the furniture is simply ethereal, with the assistance of the fabulous \u201cGhost\u201d chairs by a SB favorite, designer Philippe Starck<\/strong>, and shimmering suspended objects, like the decadent crystal chandelier imported from Morocco<\/strong><\/a>. And voila<\/em>! The scene is set, perfected with everything in its place. Now you understand that this site is truly one to see.<\/p>\n

You think: What could possibly go wrong? The service is impeccable; and besides, beautiful people (like you) only attract beautiful problems. Your only hardship at the Glass Bar<\/strong> will be choosing from the extensive cocktail menu. <\/strong>If you\u2019re lucky, our bartender of choice (he\u2019s Italian, from Napoli to be exact) will be behind the bar. He\u2019ll guide you through the gin selection to ensure that your gin and tonic <\/strong>is personalized to your taste palette; he\u2019ll do the same with a list of champagne\u00a0- <\/strong>we advise a bottle, you\u2019ll want to take your time is an ambiance of such beauty; or you can ask him to prepare a one-of-a-kind martini.<\/p>\n

We haven\u2019t forgotten about our gourmands. The complimentary snacks - chips or popcorn - is tasty, but to try one of their Japanese and seafood-inspired tapas<\/strong>\u00a0is to indulge in the complete experience of this little corner of luxury. Tuna tartare or a scrumptious soft-shell crab salad anyone?<\/p>\n
