Because of all the melted cheese, the smell of butter and cream floats in the air in a confined space with its starched tablecloths and nano-portions, it typically scores less.<\/h5>\n<p>But that was before we tasted the ultra-smooth Swiss gruy\u00e8re from <a href=\"http:\/\/lecerfrougemont.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 du Cerf<\/strong><\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnes-suisse.com\/en\/canton-of-vaud\/the-pays-d-enhaut\/buy-property-in-rougemont-363.html?utm_source=sobarnes&amp;utm_medium=website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Rougemont<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Caf\u00e9 du Cerf<\/strong> is distinguished by its <strong>warm decor of carved wood<\/strong>, with its imposing hunting trophies hanging on the walls, so <strong>typical of Switzerland<\/strong>. So, sit down in the \u00a0\"bottom alcove\" - ask to be placed there if you\u2019re in small party. Finally, ready to order, serious things are about to begin.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, it is rather simple; Cafe au Cerf is for <strong>cheese fans<\/strong>, the real ones. So, with an exceptional representative, the choice is made quickly: it will be the <strong>raclette with Swiss gruy\u00e8re<\/strong>, with an aperitif of thin slices of Grisons meat. Once the raclette platter is placed on the table, it is every man for himself, and the fight can become fierce. Everyone uses their tastes and appetites (needless to say, we\u2019re hanging in there), and drag the <strong>melted cheese<\/strong> onto hot little potatoes - pro tip, avoid overdoing\u00a0it with the potatoes (eat with caution) at the risk of having to forfeit after only 3 or 4 rounds.<\/p>\n<p>And, if you\u2019re more of a bread person than potatoes, then don\u2019t hesitate to opt for the fondue. After that, no dessert, but you can leave with one of the sublime peppers on the tables, which are usually for sale.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, such a meal will make you melt with pleasure ...
