The real estate market<\/h2>\n

The market has risen 17% as a whole in 5\u00a0years, with a 20% spike for the Europe district and 28% for Saint Philippe du Roule. Average prices per square metre are now at \u20ac11,580, but vary considerably depending on the district and the type of apartment. They range from \u20ac20,000 to \u20ac25,000 per sq.m (and even \u20ac30,000) for upper-floor properties with a terrace and good orientation offering an unobstructed view of Parc Monceau, La Madeleine and the Golden Triangle.<\/p>\n

Each district has its own specific characteristics. The Golden Triangle remains the most prestigious thanks to its exceptional location. It attracts business and foreign clients looking for a lavish pied-\u00e0-terre.<\/p>\n

On display until October is the private collection of the great collector Calouste Gulbenkian.<\/p>\n
