Thanks in part to the launch of the Paris-Bordeaux high-speed train line, prices in the high-end segment have risen by 28% over the past five years to reach an average of \u20ac6,500 per sq.m and have increased by 8% in the past two years.<\/strong> Houses with 3-4 bedrooms and a garden and apartments with a terrace or garden are the most sought-after. For a pied-a-terre, the ultra-central district known as the Golden Triangle, and Chartrons meanwhile, are sure to appeal to city-slickers\u201d.<\/p>\n
