The common factor is always the garden. But personally you hate gardening (and the sentiment is mutual, may we add). It may sound silly, but the idea of a house terrifies you. Whereas a 2,152\u00a0sq\u00a0ft apartment in Saint-Martin-de-R\u00e9 is the perfect fit. No lawn to mow when you arrive, leaving you free to enjoy a gentle cycle through the salt marshes and days lazing on the beach. In other words, you can spend all your holiday time relaxing. Without the chores.
