With a shared passion for gastronomy and a love for French art de vivre, the recent culinary collaboration between Chef Pierre Gagnaire and the Barrière group has not come as a surprise to anyone.
Since 2015, the restaurant Le Fouquet’s has been offering up a menu with a twist designed by the three-star Michelin Chef. This unique, astonishing cuisine is showcased across 32 revisited dishes, including the legendary Colbert-Style Fried Whiting and Fouquet’s Steak Tartare. As for the sweeter flavours, gourmet diners will not be disappointed with landmark desserts such as the Fouquet’s Famous Mille-feuille or the Cheesecake. With his trademark class, the Saint-Etienne-born Chef has successfully combined his creativity with the Barrière group’s exceptional know-how. A gentle, befitting evolution.
