A chalet by way of Megève
In Megève, we’re not looking for any originality, especially not the tacky kind. The beauty is in tradition, the Mégevan way of life, the old stone of Savoy, and the golden wood, so special that it shines under the sun of the Alps.
For a truly authentic Mégevan chalet to be in all its elegant splendor, a touch of granite, slate, and leather is necessary. As for the decorations, we wouldn’t want to impose, so we leave it up to you.
Let's not forget the icing on the cake to add a touch of sweetness to your new home: large bay windows to admire the chain of snowy mountains, forests, and glittering summits. It would be crazy not to take advantage of the beautiful panorama.
Now you're on the right path. But if you want to stand out, you can add a little spice to the chalet of your dreams: terraces for sunbathing in the middle of winter, room for relaxation, and more to cater to your wellness. What about a heated pool, a sauna, a hamman, fitness room, a beautiful home theater? All possible.
Now let's get serious, this chalet, whether it's located on the Mont-d'Arbois, Rochebrune or Jaillet, is for you. If you're thinking about renting, ask your BARNES advisor, he (or she) knows every inch of Megève like the back of his (or her) hand. They'll confide, confidentially of course, the best way to start your ski day and which area to take advantage of. Megève is a no-fault zone, there are only pretty "neighborhoods." As for the budget, just ask the expert. But if we tallied it up ourselves, it would between 4.5 and 6 million euros.
We wish you the best of luck, or as they say: tout de bon!
