A play in three acts in Lot-et-Garonne

Act I: 1246, the Count of Toulouse decides to build this property on the outskirts of Agen. He has an eye for fine things, as the result shows: 19,375 sq ft of living space and 10 bedrooms.

Act II: Eight centuries later, Jacques Garcia renovates the property. He has a swimming pool installed, and adds bathrooms to each bedroom.

Act III: 2020. A removal van pulls up in front of the entrance. A car parks behind. You get out and take out your key. You insert the key into the lock, and click!

Your new life begins.
